Presentation Guidelines

AOGIN 2024 will be held as a in-person event, so it is recommended that you attend in person.

Please note that presenting author should complete their registration before June 30, 2024.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation

You should attend the conference on-site (Lotte Hotel Seoul, Korea) and give a presentation and discussion in the assigned room.

1. Presentation Time

Each presenter will be allowed 7 minutes to present, followed by 3 minutes of Q&A
Scientific Sessions 20 minutes speech, and 10 minutes discussion

2. Presentation File Format

Language English
Template
  • MS PowerPoint (*.ppt/.pptx), in 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen, landscape orientation)
  • Please note that all oral presentations must include disclosure slides after the title slide. You can find it in the template.
Font
  • Default font provided by MS Office (such as Arial, Calibri or Times New Roman)
  • If you use fonts other than standard Microsoft Office fonts, please bring the font file itself with your presentation file(s).
Images & Video Files
  • Images should be in JPG, GIF or BMP format
  • Video files should be in WMW, MPEG or AVI format

3. How to Submit Your Presentation File

  • Please visit the Preview Room (2F) at least 1 hour before your scheduled presentation and bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick.
  • ·
  • Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in on-site System.
  • ·
  • If your presentation files(s) contain(s) movies or sound, you are requested to zip them into one folder and bring them on site (preview room) to ensure that they work properly.
Equipment in the Session Room
  • ·
  • Session rooms will be equipped with a computer running Windows (not Mac), projector and microphone.
  • ·
  • We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility

Guidelines for E-Poster Presentation

AOGIN 2024 will be held as a in-person event, so it is recommended that you attend in person.

1. How to prepare your E-Poster

Presentation Presentation selected as E-Poster doesn’t have presentation time, and it will only be displayed during the conference.
Comment Please make sure to meet the submission deadline. Files submitted after the deadline may not be uploaded properly on the DID on site.
Poster Display Your E-Poster will be displayed on the DID monitor during the conference.
*Display Location: 2F, Crystal Ballroom Lobby, Lotte Hotel Seoul
Format The poster title, author(s)’s name(s) and institution(s) should appear at the top.

3. How to submit your file

  • 1. Log in to AOGIN Website
  • 2. Navigate to 'My Page'
  • 3. Click on ‘Abstract Submission’.
  • 4. Click the ▼ button next to ‘E-Poster’.
  • 5. Upload your E-Poster.
