Payment Method

  • The registration fee must be paid in one of the following ways and you can choose one of the options during the online registration process.
  • - Option 1. Credit Card
  • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • All credit card fees are borne by the registrant.
  • - Option 2. Wire Transfer
  • Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail( with the registrant’s name on it.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Requests for deregistration to be valid must be submitted to the secretariat via e-mail(
  • All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
  • All bank and administration fees will be deducted from the refunded amount before transfer.
